Property Policies

Booking Rules – A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. As renters, you are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests to the unit, items within the unit, and adjacent common areas.

All stays less than 7 nights are assessed a
cleaning fee

Supplies – Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissue paper, and toilet tissue.
You will need to replace them as you need them. Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. Please utilize laundry facilities on site, or the washer/dryer within your unit, to wash them as you need them.

Non-Refundable Deposits – A deposit of $200 is charged upon booking to confirm a reservation. Full payment will be automatically processed 2 months prior to arrival.

Refundable Security Deposit – A refundable deposit of $200 is charged upon booking. Refund will be applied to the card on file within 7 days of departure provided there are no damages.

Cancellation – Non-refundable deposits will be withheld upon cancellation.
Travel Insurance Is Recommended.

House Rules – All units are Non-Smoking. Each property will have an area designated for smoking. Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges from a minimum of $400.

Please remember to check-in with the front office at your convenience during office hours. Office hours will be specified outside of the office window.

Check In/Out – Check-In time is after 3:00PM and Check-Out time is before 11:00AM. Early Check-Ins and late Check-Outs are based on availability. Please contact us at in advanced so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.
