Maui Hawaii Vacations is doing business as and does not hold any guest funds in trust.

At the time of confirmation all payments are directed from the guest to the vendor-condo-hotel booked.

Rates, terms and conditions of individual vendor-condos-hotel may be subject to change without notice. Terms and conditions may vary between accommodation providers.

While considerable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information, no warranty as to its accuracy is expressed or implied.

All individual resort information (including rates, policies, descriptions, photos) is subject to change without notice. All information on this website is thought to be true and correct at the time it is published. However, as our information comes from many external sources, some information may have changed before we have had a chance to update it. We endeavor to verify all information that is displayed on this website before it is published and to immediately update any changes that occur, or to correct any errors that are found after it is published.

Within the booking system itself, Maui Hawaii Vacations displays information supplied from each resort or property manager, and it is the resort manager's responsibility to keep this information accurate and up-to-date. Maui Hawaii Vacations is not liable or responsible for the accuracy or inaccuracy of information found within the booking system.

Maui Hawaii Vacations does not control the content on other web sites, and as such, is not responsible for the information found on any web site that is linking to or from this web site.

Any booking with Maui Hawaii Vacations is subject to the following: Condo and villa rates and details are subject to change without notice. Maui Hawaii Vacations is a rental agency. We do not own any of the properties that we rent, and do not set the various rates or deposit and cancellation policies – these are all determined by each individual resort / villa or by their property management company. In some cases, we have arranged special deals with a property, but it is still the resort itself that sets the rules.

In an unforeseen situation only, it may be necessary to transfer guests to alternate accommodations. This will only happen in certain situations that render a reserved condo or villa unit unavailable – this could include (but is not limited to) renovations, fire, damage to the condo or villa, the sale of the condo or villa, or other similar situations completely beyond our control. In the unlikely event of this occurs, we will make every effort to notify the guest as quickly as possible and do everything in our power to help find them a suitable replacement condo or villa in the same price range, quality and location.

Booking Policies

The actual deposit requirements, cancellation policies and conduct rules vary with each resort or property management company. These rules and policies will be displayed during the booking process – once you have selected the condo unit or villa that you would like to reserve. You will be required to tick a box during the booking process, to verify that you have read and agree to the booking policies of the property that you have selected.

Upon completion of the reservation online, a confirmation number along with the basic reservation details will be displayed on the screen for you. You will also be emailed the same information. The deposit will then be charged by the resort office – usually within 24 hours – and you will be emailed a rental agreement. You can keep a copy for your records, and you will need to sign the rental agreement and email or fax it back to the resort in order for your reservation to be completely finalized.

The actual booking policies (deposit amounts, cancellation period, etc) are set by each resort individually and are not controlled in any way by Maui Hawaii Vacations. If you have any questions about the policies of any of the resorts or units please contact us.
